This aioli is g l o r i u s. It’s great on burgers, it’s great with grilled vegetables, it’s great with seafood or grilled shrimps, and it is absolutely perfect as a sandwich sauce too. Yup.. I went there.
- juice of half a lemon
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 1/8 tsp of yellow mustard
- ground black pepper / pinch of cayenne
Start by having your minced garlic sit in a bowl of lemon juice for about 10 minutes. Add the mayo and whisk together until it becomes silky.
Next, add the yellow mustard and black pepper or cayenne pepper to taste and again combine. And that is it — super simple.
