
Let’s make this simple, guys.
INGREDIENTS
- Pita, naan, crackers? All good options. (PC mini naan work beautifully)
- Spices — paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chilli powder, dash of cayenne, onion powder, salt + pepper
- Olive oil
Set your oven to 400°F. Place your “chips” on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle those spices all over.
Use your hands and make sure they get a nice coating on the top and underside. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes, maybe 12 if you want crispy crisps and there you have it; fancier and tastier chips than the store-bought kind.
