🎄DAY 12 - the final day of 12 Days with LG,BE!!🎄and I’m making sure that we all have Christmas morning covered with this Egg Nog French Toast Casserole🥲🤤😍. Prepare tonight and pop this in the oven first thing Christmas morning, it is SUPER easy and super delicious. I have my off days, just like you!💁🏼♀️nothing actually irks me more than putting in a whole day of effort and time in the kitchen, to only have the result be like a 2/5⭐️. I get SO cranky😂just ask the bf. anyways! this recipe was meant to be brisket and I had to completeeeeely re-try and scale back, which led me to this most amazing, tender, flavourful pot roast and you know what? DAY 9 of 12 Days of LG,BE 🎅🏻 snowy day coming up? this soup should be on the menu! Barszcz, or red beet soup, is another classic Polish recipe for my family and I during December. Typically eaten on Christmas Eve night as part of our meatless dinner, this flavourful soup was always served hot 🔥hot 🔥hot and with uszka, or mushroom dumplings 😍.
