❄12 Days of Christmas with LG,BE❄
🎁 Day 11🎁
This is one of those cocktail recipes that I’ve seen countless times on the internet but have never gone as far as to attempt. Although I have the confidence in the kitchen to try almost anything, there are times when funnily enough a cocktail seems to be my weakness. Nevertheless, when it comes to the holidays, there can never be enough cocktail recipes saved in your phone’s notes app and you never know when you may just need to whip something up.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz cointreau
- 1 oz of simple syrup
- Half of a lime, freshly squeezed
- White cranberry juice, to top off
- Ice
- Garnishes: sugar coated cranberries, sprig of fresh rosemary for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, cointreau, simple syrup, lime juice, and ice together and shake until your hand hurts and the outside is frosty. Pour into a glass of your choice and top off with white cranberry juice. Use a cocktail spoon to stir together.

Then roll the fresh cranberries in a little lime juice or simple syrup before then rolling into granulated sugar to coat them evenly. Skewer the cranberries on a cocktail toothpick and serve with a sprig of rosemary for a soft herbaceous note while sipping.
Ho ho ho, peace and good eats, and most importantly enjoy responsibly friends!
