
This cocktail is for all my sweet friends out there who want to keep drinking their Starbucks order in the form of an alcoholic beverage…frankly I have no judgement on the matter.
INGREDIENTS
Steeped chai tea, cold or hot
2 oz of coffee liquor
Cinnamon stick
Ice (if keeping cold)
Create a concentrated chai tea in a pot with 4 tea bags and let steep for 8-10 minutes. Fill a glass with ice (or omit the ice if you want a warm version of this cocktail) and pour in the coffee liquor first before topping off the glass with the steeped chai tea. Stir together and garnish with cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon over top. It tastes just like your ordinary latte, except it’s the perfect way to end a dinner if you’re craving both coffee + dessert.
